We work closely with producers at origin, often across many seasons, learning how climate, harvest cycles and local practices shape the leaf, and it is those relationships that inform every choice that follows.

Every tea we work with is selected with intention. We build long-standing relationships with growers and suppliers so that every shipment meets our exacting standards for quality and ethical practice.

Blending is where experience matters most, requiring a memory that holds tastes, seasons, and of how a tea behaves beyond the sample cup. Our tasting and quality processes are designed to protect consistency, even as the variables around us take on different garbs.

Working Together
Stratton’s way of working is shaped by the people behind it. Late Mr Golam Momen laid the foundations of the company with decades of experience in the tea trade, and his values of care, integrity, and long-term thinking continue to guide how we work today. Alongside him, Razi and Saif bring their own depth of knowledge and perspective, helping carry that legacy forward with warmth, judgement, and a shared commitment to building lasting partnerships.
